Exurb Loves: Blue Table in Agoura

A friend of mine gave me the heads up about the new Blue Table that opened in the Agoura Whizin’s Center next to the Canyon Club. I love the Blue Table in Calabasas. Whenever we go on a picnic or to the Hollywood Bowl, we order  from there.  So the Exurb crew met in Agoura for lunch.  It is a family owned business, mom and  dad, (Jim and Ellen) opened the Calabasas location when their kids moved out of the house and they needed someone to cook for. After 5 years of success, daughter and son-in-law (Gina and Stefano) opened the Agoura location. Their idea was a good one. Cook fresh, home cooked food, with a “Welcome to my home” feel. They have gourmet soups, salads, sandwiches, cheeses, cookies and gelato. My favorite is the Ellen’s Special Panini, turkey, ham, goat cheese, fig-onion jam and garlic aioli. The people who work there, Sabrina, John, Matt and Ritchie are so friendly, too! Thanks Blue Table!
